An ancient city and its heritage
Sulaiman-Too is Kyrgyzstan’s only UNESCO site. Beside it lies an oriental bazaar, one of the oldest in Central Asia, and the Central Market sits a kilometre from the complex.

15,000 jobs — a guarantee of demand for rental housing and commercial space inside the quarter.
The complex stands in the geographic centre of the Fergana Valley, at the crossroads of the trade routes between China, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. International connections are within walking distance.

China — Osh — Turkmenistan — Iran
Osh is a hub on the new international corridor and the consolidation point for cargo from Kashgar bound for the south of the country and neighbouring Uzbekistan. Here logistics is working infrastructure, not a promise.

The link between China and Central Asia
Osh is a major branch of the New Silk Roads. There is no direct rail link to China, so cargo from Kashgar station travels by road to Osh station for transshipment and onward dispatch.
Consolidation and distribution centre
From here goods from China move on to the southern regions of Kyrgyzstan and to neighbouring Uzbekistan. The logistics facilities for this are already in place.
Osh is not a dormitory district but a destination. Visitor flow and city life feed rental and commercial demand inside the quarter directly.

The Alai Valley and Lenin Peak (7,134 m) — the most accessible seven-thousander in the world. Kyrgyz-Ata National Park with its juniper forests and the Abshyr-Ata waterfall are a few hours away.
Fergana Valley cuisine: pilaf, samsa, Batken dried apricots, and the culture of the teahouse and the topchan. Osh differs markedly from the north of the country and draws a food-led flow of its own.

The Pamir Highway starts here — most Pamir expeditions begin and end in Osh. The open border with Uzbekistan gives direct access to Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva.
The project generates its own rental demand: 15,000 new jobs and an inflow of IT specialists.
Rental demand comes from more than the residents: 15,000 new jobs in IT and commerce, an open border with Uzbekistan, and travellers for whom Osh is the starting point of the Pamir Highway.
